1Information we collect
When you create an account, enroll in a course, or contact support, we collect information such as your name, email address, payment details, and progress data within courses you take.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device type and browser, to keep the portal secure and working correctly.
2How we use your information
- To provide access to courses, track progress, and issue certificates
- To process payments and send enrollment confirmations
- To respond to support requests
- To send important updates about your account or courses
3Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the portal (such as payment processors and hosting providers), and only as needed to provide our services.

We keep account and course data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within a reasonable period after a deletion request. We use encryption and access controls to protect stored data.
